Josh did an excellent job with marketing our home, recommendation of staging to get positive feedback and visiting home prior to showing for better buyer experience. With competitive pricing and right timing of the adjustment, we were able to get a good offer and also closed on time. Josh was very easy to work with and his professionalism is much appreciated.

Jessica is a great realtor to work with. She got to know us and what our needs were in a home, and answered all questions we had. All in all it was a pleasant first time homebuying experience.

We had tried to sell our very unique house numerous times in the past 2-3 years. A few realtors, and once on our own, all of which produced little interest and no viable offers. Kirk came in with confidence and a plan driven by data points he had a firm grasp on. Everything from when to list and when to launch mini-marketing campigns to draw more interest. He was transparent and honest with us on all our questions. He was the main reason we secured a buyer to complete the sale of our house.

We just purchased our dream home and we can't say enough good things about the Goodwins! From spending long hours house hunting with us, to assisting with making our offer on our dream home, helping with negotiations, taking our late evening calls when we had questions or concerns, and advocating for us at every moment, we were so amazed with their dedication, responsiveness, and professionalism. We are so blessed that we chose them as our real estate agents and we would not hesitate to work with them again in the future. Thank you Zach and Angie! You guys rock!
