I recommend Mollie Nygaard because she worked hard to find my wife and I a home and worked harder to sell the home we had. Very professional, knowledgeable and happy to help!

Tom was a great advocate and guide during my first homebuying experience, especially during COVID-19. He was always respectful and professional. He responded incredibly quickly to me in all formats (email, text, phone). He attended all house showings with me wearing a mask as recommended by the CDC, and offered insights to the houses that I never would have considered myself. Looking at houses can be overwhelming, and Tom was a grounding presence who offered realism and structure. When it was time to start putting down offers, Tom let me take the lead with what I was comfortable with, but also gave advice when I needed it to be a more successful buyer. I believe that Tom advocated for my best interests during the entire process from the initial meeting to closing day, and I am grateful to have worked with him.

We had the best experience with Dan Rosen. He was recommended to us by our close friends, and we are so glad we chose to work with him! He was patient, communicative, and very flexible. He was always willing to take us out to see houses, and was great with communicating with sellers to coordinate with our crazy schedules.
