We were first-time sellers and knew little about the process. Susan walked us through all the steps, offering not just advice but options and explaining things well. She also came up with solutions when we hit some snags. Communication was excellent as she made sure we knew what would happen and when. We were very glad to hire Susan.

He did a great job! Would highly recommend Mitch! He is very professional and is wonderful at helping to understand the whole process of buying and selling. He also has the utmost respect for his clients and their wants, needs, and ideas.

It took eight months and half a dozen rejected offers; finally, we got one. It was crazy, prices were sky rocketing, and people were paying. Throughout the entire time, Carol was patient, pleasant and persistent. To top it off, even after our offer was accepted, she continued to accel making sure I checked into everything. She provided connections to all aspects of home maintenance and home improvement, inside tips on what works well for this and that; and what impressed me the most was the way she stepped in to make sure I wasn't being overly stressed out by people demanding document after document during the closing period.

By far the best realtor I have ever encountered. Honest, knowledgeable and a great negotiator. He went above and beyond when showing us houses. He also ensured we received top dollar for the sale of our home.
