Brandon is an excellent realtor and I would recommend using him for all of your real estate transactions. Brandon helped us purchase acreage that will allow us to be build a new home in the country. Brandon also listed our home and brought in 3 offers that were all above list price. He is very attentive to detail and did an excellent job showing our home and marketing our home so that we could maximize our sale price. When we received the offers he went through each offer and explained the difference and then offered advice on what would be our best offer to accept.

David Wallace is easily the best realtor I've ever worked with. The property we were selling was complicated with unexpected obstacles but David only sounded positive and reassuring. More importantly, he came through every time. Every obstacle was met with David finding a solution and going the extra mile to complete the sale. Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

We were looking for a townhouse in Minneapolis near our family. We found one 2 blocks from where they live, and Barbara was wonderful in handling all the details, checking out the townhouse for us, and arranging for painting and other work. The whole process was seamless. I highly recommend Barbara if you need an agent in Minneapolis.

Words cannot express how thankful I am to have had Katie as my realtor. She was incredibly patient with me as I slowly got the ball rollin' with home improvements after my divorce (I mean waiting a few MONTHS for me). This was my first time selling a house and she was the best guide and advocate one could ask for. Plus, she was understanding and supportive, too - and even was a grounding force when I sometimes felt like the world was swallowing me whole during the selling process. A few days before my closing, she also did a VERY generous last act of reducing her already VERY fair commission even more because of my situation... Kelli is amazing! She helped my family find and purchase our first home. I was actually dreading the process at first but she made it so easy us. She met with us to explain how the process works, we discussed our needs, budget etc. She took our needs and wants to heart and found us the perfect home. She went above and beyond in all aspects. She was so repsonsive (even when she was on vacation in Mexico with her family) and answered all of my quetsions.
