Jason (and Tiffany behind) the scenes have been exemplary, extremely competent, personable, attendant to my concerns (accepting idiosyncracies in my wishes with only judicious expressions of caution), generous with their time. When I thought, for example, i couldn't get a mattress delivered soon, Jason offed to lend me an air mattress. When I got to the house there was a care package of the dozen or so things you need but forget the first day, a huge cookie saying 'Welcome Home Andy,' and an equally sized pizza. They know the town and who in it can help with things. Jason worked well with an unusually finicky inspector, not defensive, always focused on my needs. It's like having an old friend or a brother helping you make difficult decisions, making you feel welcome, critiquing choices and wishes tactfully and helpfully. And all this, from a practiced curmudgeonly octogenarian who's galactically hard to please in any area at all.
