Since entering real estate in 2016 she has proven her ability to grow her business and create a network of connections. Jodi's # 1 priority is taking 100% care of her clients, whether it is guiding them to resources to help them fix or update any remaining projects, getting the home ready to list, directing buyers to the pre-approved process or assisting buyers in previewing homes, she strives in working together as a team to help buyers/sellers complete a smooth and successful transaction. Jodi's experience is attributed to her customer service skills she gained at a young age helping her parents run businesses in Wanamingo. She graduated with a bachelor's degree and went on to work for the Mayo Clinic in patient service and then systems support. In 2004 she started a website company selling wedding professionals advertising online, planning trade shows, and was fortunate to sell the company in 2010. She continued on in management, supporting businesses and pursued her real estate license so she could work side by side with clients out in the field in the housing industry. Jodi and Pat have been married for 22 years, have 4 beautiful daughters and 3 little energetic grandchildren. She says her and her family LOVE Lake City, the water views, the location, and have enjoyed meeting a great community of people that attracted them to this area. She said there is so much to do in this community and the wealth of activities and events have been amazing.
