I have bought and sold a number of homes over the years and never have I felt so looked after. Nevin’s team including Elizabeth and Claire make the process as stress free as possible by being genuinely interested in what your needs and interests are and then taking care of all the necessary details. They even took care of details that I felt I should have had to do. They check in with you regularly so you are always up to date on where you are in the process. They are available, responsive and professional. I felt like not only did I have a team looking out for me but that I had made friends by the end. I would recommend Nevin without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Minneapolis area.

4411 North Aldrich Avenue Minneapolis
As of March 14, we are homeowners at only 23 years old! Many will agree when I say the home buying process is confusing and frustrating, especially when purchasing your first home. There is a steep learning curve to truly keep up with each step of buying a house. Jill truly was a light in the entire process. From the start she assisted us in finding a reliable broker whom she had worked closely with before. She was an endless resource as she educated us through each step, constantly offering more connections, knowledge and positivity. She always made herself available for a call, text or email if one of us had questions. Jill must have arranged nearly two dozen showings for us and took time to really understand what we were looking for in our future home by taking real time to get to know the four of us at a person-level. She upheld her positivity and reminded us to keep ours during some of the more difficult times in our 45-day close. All four of us can each recall a time when Jill told us to “stay positive”. Whether it was during the house hunt, inspection, the appraisal, or asking the sellers to make required repairs from our lender, she made sure all of us understood the hard-to-understand pieces and held hope things would fall as they should. Buying a home felt like the most impossible accomplishment before we started. Jill not only made it feel possible, but she also helped make it possible.
