We have a very good experience selling our home with kelly. Fast, efficient, and very helpful.

We enlisted Dan to represent our family in selling three parcels of land outside Stewartville, Minnesota. Going into the process, our entire family anticipated a lengthy, complicated, and potentially frustrating experience. What we experienced instead was nothing short of exceptional. Within less than a month, two of the three properties were sold! That accomplishment alone speaks volumes about Dan's expertise, but what truly sets him apart is everything he did behind the scenes to make it happen. These were not straightforward real estate transactions. There were numerous unexpected challenges involving buyers, sellers, and various outside parties, with new questions and obstacles seemingly emerging at every turn. Yet Dan never missed a beat. His extensive real estate knowledge, resourcefulness, persistence, and willingness to go well beyond what was expected were instrumental in keeping everything moving toward a successful outcome. Perhaps what impressed our family most was Dan's communication. Regardless of the issue, he was proactive, transparent, reassuring, and always seemed to have a plan. Every conversation left us feeling confident that the situation was being handled by someone who genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for our family. Dan didn't simply list our properties and wait for buyers. He took ownership of the entire process, anticipated problems, found solutions, and consistently went the extra mile to get the job done. Dan, thank you for turning what we expected to be a difficult undertaking into an overwhelmingly positive experience. You have certainly earned our family's trust, appreciation, and highest recommendation!

Becky was amazing to work with. She jumped right in to get things moving for us. She was great about communicating through every step and promptly answering all of our questions. She's a rock star!

I first encountered Jennifer when she sold a unit similar to mine. She seemed very confident and was always very professional in dress and demeanor. I am disabled and she even helped me pack because of an early closing. I have a friend now. She has called a couple of times since the closing to see how things were going. I would hire her for any future moves. She was the best!!!
