The stars were aligned when I met Lisa. I couldn't have found a better agent or person with whom to enjoy my experience finding a home for my mother. I know from the first few minutes chatting with her at an open house that she was an honest, smart, insightful and overall highest quality person; someone who you just want to spend your time with and get to know better. Lisa was quick to get to work, she met with me to get a sense for my needs and helped me discover that I was open to other options for mom that I hadn't considered. I ended up purchasing a condo when I thought I was only looking for a townhome. Without Lisa, I would have never gotten there, and this was truly the best fit for mom. What a gem Lisa is. If you get the chance to work with her, take it. She is remarkable and I adore her!

Buying a house from a distance is not easy and Spencer made this process both doable and pleasant. His expertise of the current market, local knowledge and persistence was invaluable to us. He provided a listening ear and calming encouragement when we were stressed and was without exception always responsive no matter the time of day. His ability to negotiate and help us navigate a challenging housing market helped us find our new home in record time. Spencer also went the extra mile in helping us examine the condition of the houses he showed us and we so appreciated his integrity. His sense of humor was an added plus that delighted us. If we ever need to sell or buy in the future we will definitely be calling on Spencer.

Dustin was so incredibly patient through the entire house hunting period and gave me advance notice of a few properties that he felt would fit my bill. He does not sugar coat things and brought some things to my attention on some places that I may not have noticed. He never pressured me or tried to sway me in any way. When we finally put a bid in on a home, there was a follow-through repair the seller had committed to. It turned into a bit of a fiasco as the seller appeared to walk away from it. However, Dustin helped to keep it on the table and pursued the best solution for me. He could have just told me it was my problem beings I owned the home, but he did not—-he felt that it was within his field of responsibility and ethics to make this issue get resolved to my satisfaction. He takes great pride in his commitment to his clients. I cannot recommend a more honest, ethical and committed real estate agent.
