John Sheppard has been a member of Dan Stacey Team for over 19 years, serving as a REALTOR® throughout his career and recently as a Broker Associate – both in Wisconsin and Minnesota. He was born and raised in Onalaska, graduating from The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a degree in Finance. He then went on to earn his Master of Business Administration (MBA). Outside of work, John is strong supporter of wildlife conservation and sits on the board of directors for the La Crosse Ducks Unlimited committee. John also enjoys spending time in the outdoors when he has free time hunting, fishing, boating along with traveling and cooking. Most of all, John enjoys spending time with his wife Katie (Second Grade Teacher at Viking Elementary School in Holmen), son Edwin and Charleston, the family’s Chocolate Labrador.

Great experience as a first-time seller

John was extremely communicative throughout the entire selling process. He is very knowledgable about the local market which helped to quickly get an offer after listing. Overall he made selling my first home a lot less stressful. I would recommend to anyone! additionally he is as great of a person as he is a realtor

Anticipates problems before they happen and works hard to minimize them.

Dan was a pleasure to work with. He was flexible with our schedule and demonstrated a deep knowledge of the local real estate market regarding listings and comparisons. He would willingly assist in important things such as flushing the waterlines and doing some beautifying tasks around the house prior to showings that helped us prepare a great deal. We unreservedly give him our highest recommendation!
