When it came time to place a bid on a house, Jim provided guidance and best recommendations for a successful offer, helping to decide whether to bid what the house is worth vs what it’s worth to me. Overall, had a great time looking at houses with Jim, listening to his advice and learning from his personal expertise with building homes. Really felt like his opinion could be trusted and gives you the sense that he’s looking out for you with every home viewing.
