Kim Ide was great. She knew I am was going to be an out of town buyer which meant more responsibility working with me. She made wonderful recommendation for services, attended the walk through and closing on my behalf. She did a lot of research for me since I was out of town. She was very patient as I asked a thousands questions, asked her to resend emails and explain things to me more than once. I trusted her from the very beginning and that is so important while going through the condo buy journey. I would highly recommend Kim Ide to anyone and everyone.

Lisa went above and beyond! Kind, compassionate, professional and very thorough, we felt extremely confident during the whole process knowing we were being well taken care of. She not only marketed and sold our home in a short amount of time, she helped navigate and advise us on the purchase of another home that was a private sale. Her communication skills are excellent and she was always available when we needed her or had questions. She is a tremendous asset and resource, we are very happy to be counted amongst her clients.

Class in its self with Rita. Take the change trust me . You will not be disappointed.
