There is uncritically no one is better real estate agent than Kate Conway. I can’t believe that we were lucky enough to find her. She had theee houses for us in escrow in one week and sold all of them in a timely manner. Not only she was there but she took care of all that needed to be done - replacing Burned light bulb, adding smoke detectors, making sure that all cabinets were empty and cleaned- I have never met a real estate agent who would do that. We were 3500 miles away and she took charge of all that was needed. I am so very grateful to Kate for being a partner in selling my houses. I would recommend her with my whole heart without any reservations.

I met James over the summer to list our family's home. Right from the beginning he explained the process and made me feel very comfortable listing our home with him. During the sale process he posted signs in many areas in the neighborhood and on the property. His communication was top notch. Whether it was when he was having an open house, how the open house went or just a general conversation, he communicated it to you. He always listened to my questions and feedback. Dana had knowledge of my area. The list price value Dana placed on my home was right on target. He was always available to answer my questions. As I got stressed out he calmed me down. I would recommend Dana Poley .
