During the sale process he posted signs in many areas in the neighborhood and on the property. His communication was top notch. Whether it was when he was having an open house, how the open house went or just a general conversation, he communicated it to you. He always listened to my questions and feedback. When we finally had an offer, he worked very closely with myself and the buyers to make sure the transaction went smoothly. The entire sale process went extremely smooth and organized. She had theee houses for us in escrow in one week and sold all of them in a timely manner. Not only she was there but she took care of all that needed to be done - replacing Burned light bulb, adding smoke detectors, making sure that all cabinets were empty and cleaned- I have never met a real estate agent who would do that.
