I've been working with Rustina for over a decade now. She has successfully help my family manage two rentals over the years. In the past three years now I have sold one of those rentals and my main residence in FL. With the recent sale being our main residence she was again at the top of her game. Constantly putting up with my phone calls and texts messages. She guided us through every situation that came about. Once again like the sale of our rental two years ago we got over asking price! There is uncritically no one is better real estate agent than Kate Conway. I can’t believe that we were lucky enough to find her. She had theee houses for us in escrow in one week and sold all of them in a timely manner. Not only she was there but she took care of all that needed to be done - replacing Burned light bulb, adding smoke detectors, making sure that all cabinets were empty and cleaned- I have never met a real estate agent who would do that. We were 3500 miles away and she took charge of all that was needed. I am so very grateful to Kate for being a partner in selling my houses. Jamie is very familiar with the local area and is so easy to work with. He has always kept an eye out for what I was looking for and many times contacted me when he found something he thought I’d like. It’s nice to know that he is constantly aware of the housing market.
