Donna Arruda is a truly exceptional realtor that handled herself with poise and professionalism through the entire buying and selling process. We were told that our house would be a tough sell by other realtors, however, Donna, worked with us and had it sold inside of two weeks. The buyer backed out less than 72 hours before closing, but Donna did what she does best and sold it AGAIN in less than a week. I forgot to mention that she was working with another agent on our new dream home, which had it's own set of complications. Long story short is that Donna will do whatever it takes to buy or sell your home, and I would recommend her to anyone. The final outcome was we received over asking on a what we were told by others would be a tough sell, and under asking in a seller's market.
