Nike, wasted no time and after chatting through next steps she recommended making an offer that was strong enough to have the open house cancelled. Nike contacted the seller agent and by the next day, the sellers accepted our offer. We were thrilled, but needed to move quickly to have our condo rented. Within 24 hours she had the condo listed and within 48 hours she found us a tenant. Nike works so quickly! She is a fantastic communicator and made the home buying and renting process so easy! To say that I had a positive experience with Bob Starr would be an understatement. His work with me was twofold: he helped me to sell my condo, and find and purchase my dream home. Due to his expertise, in pricing and timing, he sold it in one day, and for an amount that exceeded the asking price. He helped with all of the arrangements in both that sale and then the purchase of my new home while I was in the hospital! This involved him traveling to me for signatures, his making phone calls to others involved on my behalf, driving me to the bank (with my wheelchair in the back of his car) for document notarization. His level of dedication and commitment made my dream a reality. I am forever grateful to have worked with someone with his level of professionalism and compassion. Steve is very knowledgeable, passionate, communicative, and skilled in what he does. He took care of all the details of the sale and beyond while I was out-of-town making the selling process extremely easy for my husband and me. Highly recommend Steve because he is the best!
