Kevin made the entire process a breeze. He would contact me continuously to keep me updated on the open houses and the interest generated. Every detail was relayed to me through out the process. He answered all of my questions immediately. Kevin was confidence inspiring and was very positive through out the listing and the sale. He did things above and beyond his responsibilities, such as patch a small outlet hole in the kitchen the buyer wanted, as well as move the washer and dryer, and a large storage rack down to the storage area because the seller had requested this. He also saw to it that all of the items on the punch list were addressed. The condo sold quickly and this, I firmly believe, was because of Kevin's tenacity and his focus. Simply put, Emma is amazing. By far the best real estate agent my husband and I have ever worked with. My husband and I are both busy Boston physicians juggling the chaos of 3 little kids.
