Betsy was with me from start to finish, and gave great counsel even before I asked her represent me. She was always ready to pitch in, and willing always to go beyond the extra mile. Great enthusiasm, no self-serving pitch, a very forthright and honest, caring person. Many suggestions she made in preparing the house for sale surprised me, but they turned out to be spot-on...proactive improvements that might turn a new homeowner away. I've dealt with Robin on two occasions when selling property. Each time she has proven to be reliable, honest, knowledgeable and most important for me caring and flexible. Robin was always available to take my calls even after hours which meant a lot as I work weird schedules that do not allow 9-5 consultations. She was with me every step of the way coaching and advising. She not only helped me get my home on the market, she also gave me tips on what to do to get my home show ready and advised me on trends in the local market which prompted me to consider my original plans for when to sell. It all went smoothly and worked out great both times. I always felt that Robin truly cared about me as a person and not just a potential client. I would use her services again definitely.

Kaitlin Martel and her Father Steven Martel went above and beyond. This was my first experience selling a home, I was walked through each step and everything was explained in easy to understand terms. The Martels were very friendly. I would highly recommend The Martels for any real estate business. If I ever need an agent again, I would definitely call The Martels.

Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!
