Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!

We had the great pleasure of working with John Coyne over a tiring 7 months of house hunting. John was extremely helpful and professional, and an overall genuine person. Our family moved across the country, from Salt Lake City to Melrose, and John helped us every step of the way. After bidding on countless houses, John helped us finally get our offer accepted by politely and continuously expressing our eagerness to the sellers. Lisa was great from the start. She handled everything very professionally and made getting our home ready to be listed very easy. She helped us pick the right price point to get a ton of traffic into the home with many bids over asking in only one weekend. Overall I feel we got a fair price for the home and was happy with how smoothly things went.
