Betsy sold a property (our property) that was not for everybody. The house was a historical gem for the right buyer, but to many potential buyers it was too large a project, too large an investment, a interesting open house to walk through but not much more than that. Betsy not only found the right buyer, she helped bring them to the table with a mindset that got the deal done. She did a great job preparing the property for sale and getting the deal done.
