Fast forward a few years when it was time for us to sell I gave her a call. She provided clear instructions for what we needed to do to prepare the house for showing (which we followed exactly), orchestrated an excellent multimedia marketing campaign that presented the house at its best, priced it perfectly and ran a smooth sales process to completion. She is absolutely the best realtor in Newburyport.
