Rosi Andrews was referred to us by several neighbors who had worked with her either purchasing or selling a home on our street. She came highly, highly recommended! We owned a large contemporary property in the seacoast and felt it was time to downsize into a smaller dwelling. She really listened to our needs and guided us through the whole process. We wanted someone who understood the local housing market and who had years of experience within the community and surrounding area. Rosi met every criteria we had for choosing the right real estate person to represent us. Her connections within the community was impressive. She simply knows everyone; who to call, and how to get done was is needed to make a sale happen. She expertly presented our home at an open house which resulted with an agreement by the end of the weekend. I will add that we had many roadblocks, challenges and issues to work through with our sale. Rosi tackled each and every one professionally with us often, often after hours giving us confidence and a way to move forward. I know we would not have accomplished a successful sale without her.
