My experience was absolutely fantastic. We found the house of our dreams for a very great price. From the beginning the process was stress free and easy, and that is because Jan knows her profession inside and out. She is reliable, has strong communication, honest, and overall she just wants what’s best for her client(s). If there is something she doesn’t know , you best believe she will find the answer out for you. Buying a home can be a stressful process, but when you have a realtor like Jan it’s easy to put your trust in the process. Overall this has been a wonderful experience for a first time home buyer. I cannot recommend Jan enough to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. You will be in great hands.

I have known Jess Tomlinson since 2007. What I can say with 100% confidence in those 14 years is when it comes to Jess, she is extraordinarily thorough, self-driven, and loyal. When my husband and I were ready to purchase a home, there was no one else I could fathom guiding us through this process other than Jess. The real estate market is overwhelming to say the least, and I thought this way before I dipped my toes into the process. Once we dived in, I immediately wanted to jump out of the water and resign to renting forever. Jess is not afraid.
