I contacted Alexandra to sell my condo this spring, North of Boston. From the start, she was very thorough and professional in her approach to the sale. From helping to prepare my home for sale, offering selling strategy and setting the price to negotiating with buyers. Within hours of my condo being lizted, I had multiple offers. As a first time homebuyer, it was critical for us to have a realtor who not only understood the market, but who could also guide us through the many unexpected aspects involved from offer to close.
