My experience was absolutely fantastic. We found the house of our dreams for a very great price. From the beginning the process was stress free and easy, and that is because Jan knows her profession inside and out. She is reliable, has strong communication, honest, and overall she just wants what’s best for her client(s). If there is something she doesn’t know , you best believe she will find the answer out for you. Buying a home can be a stressful process, but when you have a realtor like Jan it’s easy to put your trust in the process. Overall this has been a wonderful experience for a first time home buyer. I cannot recommend Jan enough to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. You will be in great hands.

Jan was a joy to work with in our fairly short but successful journey. She sized up key issues of my property’s strengths and weaknesses quickly and in my mind quite acurately. She quickly had a solid plan on how to present the property and how her interests would coincide precisely with mine. She was well versed in pricing and comparables and took most all of headaches off of me. Even surprised me by spending several hours working with cleaning crews readying property for our first showing. I would highly recommend Jan as your real estate agent.

I can't recommend Ryan enough. We had the unique experience of working with Ryan both pre and during a pandemic. Ryan is incredibly professional and responsive and would go out of his way to make sure we had our questions answered and were also in good hands throughout the home buying process. All of his recommendations of folks to work with were spot on - and helped the process go smoothly through uncharted home buying waters.
