I happened upon Shannon by chance, when I inquired about one of her listings. The property, I learned, had just gone into contract, but she quickly discerned exactly what I was looking for, and promptly arranged for me to see a far superior home that was not yet formally on the market. I immediately tendered a purchase offer, and Shannon helped me quickly agree on favorable terms with the seller. She also connected me with an excellent loan officer at a local bank. We went to contract and closed soon thereafter. I've dealt with Robin on two occasions when selling property. Each time she has proven to be reliable, honest, knowledgeable and most important for me caring and flexible. Robin was always available to take my calls even after hours which meant a lot as I work weird schedules that do not allow 9-5 consultations. She was with me every step of the way coaching and advising. She not only helped me get my home on the market, she also gave me tips on what to do to get my home show ready and advised me on trends in the local market which prompted me to consider my original plans for when to sell.
