After interviewing a number of realtors, we chose Mia--based upon her professionalism, attention to detail, market knowledge and information she brought to the table. We were very pleased with our decision. Mia was extremely punctual, professional and very disciplined about the sales process. Mia and her team took over to stage and showcase the home, including incredible videos, pictures and writeups. There were no surprises--everything went perfectly, as we had offers by the third day. She helped us negotiate and quickly wrapped up the sale. Mia was with us through the entire journey-she always kept us informed, offering help and listening to our needs. We would highly recommend Mia for either the Seller or Buyer.

Marilyn worked with our family to find a house for two years. She’s very patient, she listens and she is honest. We had a great experience with her as she was very Knowledgeable about the neighborhood we were looking in. We truly loved working with her.
