Jen is delightful and very helpful with all our questions during the process and always with a warm smile. She had the patience of Job when explaining things I didn't understand fully, and believe me, there were plenty of instances. She's a real peach!!!

Jimmy started by giving us recommendations for improvements to our home as it was an older home. He listened to our thoughts on the sales price and during the negotiations. Jimmy is an Annapolis native and knows everyone. During the home inspection there were a few.things we were not aware but Jimmy was very helpful in navigating the process which resulted in a quick sale. We highly recommend Jimmy.

Tracy helped us sell our condo in Ellicott City this fall. She came to our initial meeting with printouts of the research she had done about similar properties that had recently sold in the area. We were thinking about renovating before selling, and she came prepared with suggestions for that, too, such as what to focus on if we were to renovate and companies that could handle the project. She was very good at keeping in touch and informing us about the progress as we were selling from out-of-state. We sold the condo quickly and were very pleased with Tracy's work.
