Jimmy started by giving us recommendations for improvements to our home as it was an older home. He listened to our thoughts on the sales price and during the negotiations. Jimmy is an Annapolis native and knows everyone. During the home inspection there were a few.things we were not aware but Jimmy was very helpful in navigating the process which resulted in a quick sale. We highly recommend Jimmy.
