After a relatively unexpected relocation to Arizona, we engaged Ellen to help us sell our home in Montgomery County. While the home was our "dream home" we wanted to help others see it this way, too. Ellen was the perfect person to help us do this. Not only did she ensure that we priced the home appropriately, but she also helped us understand the things that we needed to do, as Sellers, to best position the home. Because we had already moved across country, she managed the entire process, seamlessly, for us from start to finish. Ellen was great and we will forever be appreciative!

Jimmy started by giving us recommendations for improvements to our home as it was an older home. He listened to our thoughts on the sales price and during the negotiations.
