I worked with Anna for several months trying to find my first house at the height of the housing market craze. It was disheartening at times, mostly due to my limited budget and the competitiveness of offers. Anna always responded promptly to my messages, and more importantly acted promptly whenever I decided to make an offer. After months of looking, and a few accounts of bad luck, I found a very nice house at the top of my budget. I could have easily been outbid. I firmly believe that Anna's readiness and speed in writing up the contracts and making offers made it possible for me to purchase my house.

Anna is a joy to work with- she made the process of selling our home simple and painless and it was obvious she has this real estate business down to an art. She got us a cash offer ~50k over our asking price in little over a day after our house hit the market! And the best part is I didn't have to worry about a thing- she kept the process moving with clear communication, know-how, and confidence and I didn't once have to stress or worry about it. That kind of peace of mind is worth its weight in gold when you're going through a move. I can't recommend her enough!!! Thank you so so much, Anna!

Knows the market.quick to respond to texts and phone calls, pays attention to what you like and want in a house. I would highly recommend Anna.
