Becky was on top of market conditions with a wealth of information necessary to list our property. She went above and beyond in preparing the property to be shown. She had good vendors at her fingertips and took over many tasks that we could not accomplish as we were living out of the area. She kept us informed throughout the process and prodded the buyer’s agent to be sure that all aspects were timely. She also made sure the closing moved along when there were setbacks and even followed up with me after the closing on an item. She spent personal time getting items out of the house and stored them until we could pick them up. In every area Becky went above and beyond what was expected.
