I cannot say enough wonderful things about Melissa Collins from the very beginning, she led with compassion and truly listened to everything I needed during the sale of multiple homes and land. She took the time to understand not just the transactions, but me and my family behind them. She listed three homes and land for me two have already sold, and she is currently working diligently on the third. Throughout the entire process her advice has been thoughtful, honest and incredibly knowledgeable. She guided me with clarity and care making what could’ve been overwhelming, feel manageable and well organized. She went far above and beyond —both personally and professionally —to ensure I felt supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. Nancy went above and beyond for us on our search and purchas of our new home. She is dedicated to not stopping until you find your perfect home. Nancy does the research and continues to look for what may be exactly what your looking for and not just try to sell you the first thing that pops up. If we had questions, she got the answers. I would definitely choose Nancy above all others in any future home buying prospects. She was there for us every step of the way!
Lakin Jones took the burden of selling my mother's estate much easier. She cares about the history of the person's life at the property and the blood, sweat tears put into it. Being out of state, Lakin kept me informed, took care of things I was not able to. Lakin Jones = Great person and real estate agent!

We were looking for an agent to help sell our house quickly and Sherry did just that! She had our house sold after the 1st showing but sadly that didn't work out (financing) the 2nd showing did and that was that. She helped us do whatever we needed to do to get our house sold,was ALWAYS available, and made selling a house quick and easy. Would definitely recommend Sherry for anybody wanting g to sell their house.
