Working with Melissa was refreshing. We were remote buyers, 600 miles away. Her effort to include multiple, high quality pics, in addition to the virtual tour of a large house, was what helped us initially commit. When we finally made the trip to view the property, there were no surprises. All of this was happening in the November and December months, yet no delays. Melanie went beyond to list and show condo..in doing so, was sold in 2 weeks and it was a cash sale making it go guickly..when issues where present over some simple repairs Melanie worked so hard handling those between myself and buyers..At no time did I think had the wrong person handling the sale of my condo.
