I am disabled and she instantly understood that certain things in a home wouldn't work for me and I never had to see one that couldn't work thanks to her. Some how she knew things to ask for that truly benefited me. Towards the end when it felt like things weren't going to get completed/fixed after home inspection she assured me if I wasn't happy I could walk away and we could look some more. I never felt like Carolyn was there for a pay check, I always felt like she was there as a friend, someone whom just wanted to help me. I think if anyone else had taken this on I wouldn't have gotten my new home. I just can't recommend the Arnold team any higher than where the top dog sits!

Through every step of the way, Todd Ayers was incredibly helpful and insightful. He was incredibly quick and responsive and made it very clear integrity was something he took seriously. At no point did I feel I was being led astray or having my inexperience taken advantage of when I asked him questions or for another opinion. He helped where he could and did everything to get me what I wanted and into the house I wanted. I felt that Todd cared more for the client than closing costs. It was my first time buying a house and I very ecstatically recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a house.
