This is the 4th time we have worked with Carolyn. She is very knowledgable regarding what home are selling for and has done her best to negotiate our best deal. Our final amount was not as good as we had hoped but much of this was due to the type of loan that the buyers used.

Mariah was easy to work with and was not jaded, pessimistic or overbearing with opinions or stories of past experiences or sales, my family was looking for something that is pretty hard to find for a competitive price, it was going to be in rough condition and as long as the intial offer landed in a good range (it did) -the likelihood of the sale falling through was more resting on the shoulders of the lender, seller or the appraisal than it would've been on us. Speaking to multiple agents will quickly teach you that the majority just want you to buy that new construction on a .25 acre lot with the FHA and the ipad equipped refrigerator -and we likely would've given up on our dream had we seen just a few more treat us like it was a joke. Luckily Mariah didn't work like that, she let the process and the parties involved do the work and just gave us what we needed to know where and when we needed to know it, God bless.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Melissa Collins from the very beginning, she led with compassion and truly listened to everything I needed during the sale of multiple homes and land. She took the time to understand not just the transactions, but me and my family behind them. She listed three homes and land for me two have already sold, and she is currently working diligently on the third. Throughout the entire process her advice has been thoughtful, honest and incredibly knowledgeable. She guided me with clarity and care making what could’ve been overwhelming, feel manageable and well organized. She went far above and beyond —both personally and professionally —to ensure I felt supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. This was not just excellent real estate service; It was a genuine partnership. I am deeply grateful and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares.

We had a wonderful experience working with Avery through the entire process of selling our home. She was always quick to respond, communicated clearly, and if she didn’t immediately have an answer, she would find it for us. We always felt informed and supported throughout the process. What I appreciated most was how willing she was to listen to what we wanted and never made us feel pressured. She was patient, kind, professional, and truly cared about helping us make the best decisions for our family. Selling a home can be stressful, but she made the experience feel so much smoother. We are incredibly thankful for all of her hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent realtor. :::

Nancy went above and beyond for us on our search and purchas of our new home. She is dedicated to not stopping until you find your perfect home. Nancy does the research and continues to look for what may be exactly what your looking for and not just try to sell you the first thing that pops up. If we had questions, she got the answers. I would definitely choose Nancy above all others in any future home buying prospects. She was there for us every step of the way!
