I can't thank Mariah enough for being patient with us throw our house buying process. She was literally looking from Mountain Home to Fayetteville at one point! I think we only actually looked at 3 houses since the day I told her we wanted to sell our house and move. I ended up sending her 2 houses in Valley and we knew the minute we pulled into the driveway that Valley Road would be our home. Mariah was a our biggest cheerleader during the entire process. All of the worrying and thousands of questions she always kept a positive note and was quick to give encouragement when we started to doubt the process. We are super thankful for Mariah and we have found a friend for a lifetime with her!

Mariah has been amazing through the process of selling our home. She never hesitated once to answer questions we had. If she didnt know the answer to a question she was upfront and got back with us as soon as she had the answer. I couldn't tell you how many times we blew her phone up over questions or ideas and she was upfront and blunt with us.

Mariah was totally responsive to our every question and need. Her professionalism, knowledge of the market, and focus helped us find the perfect home! Because of her great communication and accessibility, we felt assured and confident throughout our search, negotiation and purchase. I would highly recommend Mariah to any individual or family in search of a home!

We absolutely loved working with Mariah. We had different communication styles, and I had brought this up in the beginning, and they were immediately addressed and she ensured we were comfortable moving forward and that we had all info needed. When it came time to put in offers, she negotiated well on our behalf and was always very responsive. When it came to sprint to the finish, Mariah already had everything in order for us and even helped us close early. When she says she will do ANYTHING for her clients, she means it!

Mariah was easy to work with and was not jaded, pessimistic or overbearing with opinions or stories of past experiences or sales, my family was looking for something that is pretty hard to find for a competitive price, it was going to be in rough condition and as long as the intial offer landed in a good range (it did) -the likelihood of the sale falling through was more resting on the shoulders of the lender, seller or the appraisal than it would've been on us. Speaking to multiple agents will quickly teach you that the majority just want you to buy that new construction on a .25 acre lot with the FHA and the ipad equipped refrigerator -and we likely would've given up on our dream had we seen just a few more treat us like it was a joke. Luckily Mariah didn't work like that, she let the process and the parties involved do the work and just gave us what we needed to know where and when we needed to know it, God bless.
