Originally from Texas, Nancy made Arkansas her home in 2015 and quickly fell in love with the Ozarks lifestyle. The region's lakes, rivers, mountains, and close-knit communities offered the slower pace and natural beauty she had been searching for. Today, she enjoys helping others discover the same lifestyle that inspired her to put down roots in North Central Arkansas.
When she's not assisting clients, Nancy can often be found exploring Ozark backroads in her Jeep, kayaking local waterways, fishing with family, hiking area trails, or enjoying an evening around a campfire. Her passion for the outdoors and genuine appreciation for the region have given her extensive knowledge of the communities, waterways, and recreational opportunities that make the Ozarks such a desirable place to live.
Before beginning her real estate career, Nancy spent years serving others in both healthcare and public service. Those experiences shaped the qualities she brings to every transaction today—patience, integrity, communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to helping people navigate important life decisions with confidence.

In addition to her real estate career, Nancy remains active in her community through volunteer work with local schools, supporting activities such as Fall Festivals and athletic programs. She also had the honor of serving as one of four judges for the 2026 Miss Harrison Pageant.
