I met Lou 24 years ago (yikes, time passes quickly!) when he helped us sell a home. He helped us again about 14 years ago with the sale of another home. He was great to work with then and he's only improved with time and experience. I had had no contact with him during the past 14 years because I was living in a different state. When I decided to move back to Arizona I gave him a call. When he answered the phone I started to awkwardly explain who I was and remind him of our connection, but that was totally unnecessary ...he knew immediately who I was and even remembered the names of my kids! He made my transition half way across the country so much easier than it could have otherwise been. While I was still living out of state he would show me properties I was interested in via FaceTime, so when I made a trip to AZ to see the homes in person, we already had it narrowed down and I was able to make my decision in one day! I went home and dealt with the sale of my home there, packed up and moved. Lou and his staff took care of everything on this end!
