George's expertise, advice and experience made my home buying experience in a highly competitive market enjoyable and painless. It's easy to fall in love with a house and put an offer in that is higher than what it's worth, that's why you hire a pro like George. George was always direct, honest and held himself to the highest level of integrity when showing me homes and negotiating on my behalf. My goal was to find a home that I could add value to. He found the perfect place that I was able to convert a 20x20 loft into another master bedroom and increase the value of the home substantially. After showing me the home, he realized he had a flat tire and ubered home to put the offer in so we wouldn't lose the house. Talk about commitment! With homes going for over ask left and right, George negotiated a price below ask and was able to get the seller to pay for repairs and closing costs. The best part of the buying process with George was his willingness to show me a house at the drop of a hat, day or night, and his patience while we toured the home. I was never rushed and feel great about my purchase. If you're looking for a realtor who's going to work hard on your behalf, negotiate like a pro, and find you exactly what you're looking for, George Mevawala is your guy.
