Carri managed the property sale from start to finish. She arranged for all the necessary services to prep the property, e.g., emptying contents of the condo; thorough cleaning of all rooms, walls, cabinets, closets, bathrooms, appliances and garage; carpet cleaning. She compared similar property listings and recommended appropriate sale price. Once listed, Carri followed up with clear direction wrt to required documents so all I had to do was sign where noted. All of her efforts and guidance resulted in an accepted offer within the first week and closing within 3 weeks of initial listing. No issues during the transaction; could not have been any smoother! Extremely satisfied and would recommend her services wholeheartedly!

I cannot say enough about the transcendental patientce and knowledge Celine provided to my family and I during a difficult period. We lost my mother, the rock of the family, this past year. My father opted to move to an independent living facility, though a lot of hurdles had to be undertaken. A large construction project took place directly across the street in the proceeding months after my mother’s passing, not to mention an additional road-widening project, simultaneously. We thought we’d never sell the house at that point. Celine took a guiding role in guiding the family through the sales process, overcoming unthinkable hurdles, including my father’s difficult concerns.
