Using Marsha as a realtor was the best choice by far I have made in purchasing my home. Whoever you may choose as a realtor if it’s not Marsha, you aren’t getting the absolute best there is. She is well orientated with the Bradenton/Sarasota area and is exceedingly well connected with local services (like contractors, electricians, inspectors, lenders, movers, etc) to get you the best service possible. I cannot recommend Mrs.Winegarden enough as over the past several weeks she’s made this experience of home purchasing easy as I’ve ever seen.
