Marsha was very responsive to my initial request to list my mother's property in Bradenton. She brought comps to our meeting, acknowledged the condition of the property and justified her recommended listing. After seeking input from another agent, with a vastly different perspective on list price, I still went with Marsha as I felt more comfortable with her. She listened to my concerns about the suggested listing price and we listed it where I felt comfortable.
