We had an extremely positive experience dealing with Marsha Winegarden as our realtor. Our plan was to buy property in Bradenton Florida then sell our home in NH and move to Florida permanently. If we saw property that we were interested in we would call Marsha, she was always available, if for some reason she could not take our call at the time, she would return our call within minutes.
