She wrote up an offer in no time. Marsha’s great knowledge base of information was exceptional. She knew the market, the names of people to help, and was available at a moment’s notice. She worked so hard for me and explained the whole process and paperwork. I was surprised when I found out that Marsha had stopped by the unit just before closing and had put a case of water and a box of baking soda in the refrigerator and freezer because she knew I was not going to be putting food in it for awhile. Marsha was so sweet to give me a gift card for a dinner out. I would recommend her highly to anyone interested in buying or selling a home!

We probably weren't the easiest clients to deal with but Marsha stayed with us until we found the property that was right for us. We changed our requirements many times.
