We decided, very last minute, to look for a condo in the Ft. Myers area and since we were only flying down for a weekend, we had a tight schedule. We found Jake through an online posting and said so many times during the process, that we felt like we won the lottery with Jake. He listened to what we were looking for, helped us focus on how we would be using the condo, what we would like to do while in the Ft. Myers area and then built out a list of showings. He was a tremendous sounding board, helped us navigate a process we knew nothing about and because of his expertise and knowledge of the area, we found not only the perfect condo for us, but the perfect neighborhood as well!
