From the first meeting, when my wife and I met Leonor and Sarah, we knew that these were the agents we needed to hire. Leonor came very highly recommended by one of our neighbors and right up until closing they did not disappoint. After doing a walk through of our home and property, Leonor and Sarah explained how they were going to sell our house, the various comps in the area, the condition of the market in our area and how they would stage the home to make it more appealing to buyers. The first agent rarely got us a showing and we received no legitimate offers in a year.
