After two buyings with Manuela, we recently also successfully completed our first selling with her. The experience with Manuela was outstanding from start to finish. Her clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Manuela for buying and selling real eastate.

She was extremely professional in her methods and also was very understanding of my personal feelings selling a family property. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

Manuela Schinagl helped us through every step of the process, from preparing the house for listing to navigating offers and closing. Her advice on staging and pricing was spot-on, which helped attract strong interest right away. Communication was always clear and timely—we always felt informed and supported. What really stood out was her commitment and attention to detail. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and her outstanding negotiation skills ensured we got the best possible outcome. We highly recommend Manuela Schinagl to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable.

Rosa was our agent on two purchases we made in Naples this past year. She did a great job on both. Timely, competent, pro-active and very much our advocate. She has our unqualified recommendation as a true professional in all aspects.

Review for Rosa ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars simply are not enough for Rosa Byrnes-Warfsman! If Google offered a 10-star rating, that is exactly what we would give Rosa. Yes, she is an award-winning realtor but awards only tell part of her story. She is an outstanding communicator. She kept us informed, answered our questions and somehow always knew when we needed a little extra reassurance. Rosa’s greatest gift may be her incredibly caring personality. She did not treat the sale of our home as simply another transaction. She genuinely cared about us and about making the experience as smooth and positive as possible. Somewhere between listing our home and selling it, something unexpected happened. We stopped thinking of Rosa as simply our realtor and started thinking of her as our friend. So how do you review someone like Rosa? Professional expertise: 10 stars Communication: 10 stars Caring: 10 stars Friendship: Priceless❤️ We began this journey with an award-winning realtor. We ended it with a sold home and a wonderful new friend!

She knows exaclty how to approach clients and always have references for her clients.
