Eileen made what could have been a stressful situation very workable. We sold our condo, bought a new one, and closed in thirty days. Throughout she explained the entire process and gave us a timetable of what documents and inspections were due. This was invaluable as my husband and I were not in Naples for most of the process. This is not to say there were no issued along the way but Eileen efficiently dealt with them. She was our representative at inspections and over a two day period, made sure the furniture we specified in the contract be removed.
