I only wish I could give Eileen more than 5 stars. She has far exceeded the responsibilities of a real estate agent. Because we were not living at our residence during the sale, she did many things that we would have had to do. Eileen kept us informed throughout the process. She responded to all our questions and concerns. She went beyond what she was required to do. We interviewed several other agents and chose Eileen and I am so glad we did.

Eileen made what could have been a stressful situation very workable. We sold our condo, bought a new one, and closed in thirty days. Throughout she explained the entire process and gave us a timetable of what documents and inspections were due. This was invaluable as my husband and I were not in Naples for most of the process. This is not to say there were no issued along the way but Eileen efficiently dealt with them. She was our representative at inspections and over a two day period, made sure the furniture we specified in the contract be removed. Eileen was a good source for tradespeople who she know to be reputable and do quality work. In summary, Eileen is professional, knowledgeable about the market/properties, has exceptional people skills, and works hard for her clients. Without hesitation, I recommend Eileen.
